Refund Policy:
To receive a refund, students must cancel at least 8 days before the first day of the session they originally enrolled in. If a student transfers to another session, no refund will be given. The cancellation deadlines are also listed on the tuition agreement form.
Failure to attend class does not constitute course cancellation or withdrawal. DLA does not provide refunds for classes missed.
If a class is canceled before it starts, students enrolled in the class will receive a full refund or a credit towards another class at DLA.

No make-up policy*:
If a student misses a class for any reason, DLA will not provide make-up classes. The teacher will email the homework if requested by the student. 

*If DLA cancels a class due to teacher absence, students will receive a make-up class on a specific date. If a student misses the assigned make-up class, the student forfeits the make-up class.

Private Lessons (1 student):
Private tutoring students may reschedule classes if a 48 hour notice is given to the office, otherwise the student will forfeit the lesson. The office must be contacted not the tutor.

Textbooks:
Textbooks are not included in the course price starting September 2025.
